Step 1: Place all the ingredients, except for the wings, in a blender and puree.
Step 2: Pour into a re-sealable freezer bag along with the wings; swish together to coat and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Step 3: Pour into the actifry and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, until cooked through, depending on size of wings.(You can toss these with a bit of hot sauce if you like, but they are already spicy, so sample one first)
