Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 large eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1/8 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped (Fried Chicken, preferably with the crust on it)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (you might need just a bit more to get the right consistency)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt,or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper,or to taste
  • Sweet paprika, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut two eggs in half,remove yolks and place in a bowl large enough to mix remaining ingredients in.

  • Step 2: Chop remaining egg and add to yolk, mixing well.

  • Step 3: Except for the paprika,add remaining ingredients and mix well.

  • Step 4: Divide mixture evenly into egg whites,sprinkle with the paprika(if using).

  • Step 5: Chill for three hours.
