Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 small peppers (mini peppers, your choice, tops removed, seeds and membrane removed)
  • 4 tablespoons yellow onion, minced (sweet onion, very finely minced)
  • 2 medium mushrooms (very finely minced)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (very finely minced)
  • 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 8 teaspoons cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped (Optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute the onion, mushroom, garlic in a non stick pan for about 4 minutes.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle in the oregano, add worchestershire stir well.

  • Step 3: Cool the mixture.

  • Step 4: Stuff the peppers with the onion mixture.

  • Step 5: Top with 1 teaspoon of cheese.

  • Step 6: Bake in 350f oven for approx 30 minutes.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle with a bit of parsley and serve warm.
