  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Stevia, to taste
  • Ice (about 2 handfuls)
  • Fresh spinach leaves (optional -- 2 handfuls spinach, for a green milkshake)
