The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup almond butter (raw unsalted creamy almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, softened
  • Agave or raw honey (about 1 1/2 tablespoons or to your taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (fine sea salt)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, until smooth and creamy.

  • Step 2: Transfer the mixture to a square baking dish, or container, lined with plastic wrap, then smooth with a spatula. Freeze until solid. (about an hour)

  • Step 3: Remove by lifting the plastic wrap out of the pan, then cut into squares.

  • Step 4: Return bars to a sealed container, and store in the freezer until ready to eat.
