Step 1: Add flour and salt to mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add oil and mix well with a fork.
Step 3: Sprinkle cold water over mixture and mix well.
Step 4: Using hands, press mixture into a smooth ball. (If mix is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons more oil, a little at a time and then shape into a ball.)
Step 5: Divide ball in half.
Step 6: At this point you can either put it in the fridge to firm up for about 10 minutes or roll out between wax paper or on a well floured surface.
Step 7: Place in pie plate. Fill, top with crust and bake as desired.
