Step 2: Meanwhile, lay the tortilla shell on a clean work surface and layer the remaining ingredients over half the shell.
Step 3: Fold the empty side over the topped half and place it in the pan; cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes per side.
Step 4: Cut into wedges and serve.
