Step 1: In a baking dish (that is microwave-friendly) combine the cake mix along with all the ingredients that is listed on the box.
Step 2: Stir until smooth and there are no more lumps.
Step 3: Then drop dollops of the frosting on top of the cake mixture (I used a medium sized scoop).
Step 4: Microwave, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Be careful the cake will be very hot and the “lava” will be too (the “lava” sauce will be at the bottom of the dish when the cake is finished).
Step 6: Serve this with vanilla ice cream.
