The ingredients are:
  • Diced boneless skinless fried chicken (1 1/3 cups)
  • 1/3 cup onion (finely chopped sweet onion)
  • 2 eggs (large hard boiled eggs, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (depending on how moist you want the salad, you might want more)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper,or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt,or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning,or to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium size bowl combine the first three ingredients.

  • Step 2: Add enough mayonnaise to hold all ingredients together.

  • Step 5: If needed add additional seasonings and mayonnaise to moisten.
