  • 3 bananas (large, ripe, mashed)
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raisins (or 1/2 cup chopped walnuts)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, beat butter with sugar and minced ginger.

  • Step 3: Beat in the egg.

  • Step 4: Mix in mashed bananas and mix well. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix into the wet ingredients. Stir in the raisins or nute.
