  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 teaspoons mustard (whole grain Dijon mustard)
  • Fresh lemon juice (I used 1 teaspoon you might want to use more)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Water (if needed to thin)

  • Step 1: Stir the tahini and next six ingredients in a small bowl. whisk to blend until smooth. Add water to thin if needed. Add in more salt and season with pepper It should be slightly salty, the saltiness will subside when you add it to the salad.
