Step 1: Season salmon fillets with the lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
Step 2: In a bowl combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, oil minced garlic and green onion, stir to dissolve the sugar.
Step 3: Place the fish in a large resealable plastic bag and add the soy sauce mixture. Seal and turn to make sure all the fish is coated well. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Step 4: Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Step 5: Lightly spray the grill grate. Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook the salmon for about 5-6 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork (you need to be careful you do not overcook the fish or it will be dry).
Step 6: Serve and enjoy.
