Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt (I used Silk Strawberry Soy Fruit and Creamy soy yogurt)
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh ripe, red)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (I used agave)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (I make my own vanilla)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the yogurt in the freezer until almost frozen (about 3-4 hours).

  • Step 2: In a blender (on low speed) puree the semi-frozen fruit, yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth (mixture with thick).

  • Step 3: Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe pan. Cover and freeze about 4 hours until frozen but still able to break apart.

  • Step 4: Before serving remove from pan and break the frozen mixture into pieces; transfer to a blender; blend until smooth
