Step 1: Place the yogurt in the freezer until almost frozen (about 3-4 hours).
Step 2: In a blender (on low speed) puree the semi-frozen fruit, yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth (mixture with thick).
Step 3: Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe pan. Cover and freeze about 4 hours until frozen but still able to break apart.
Step 4: Before serving remove from pan and break the frozen mixture into pieces; transfer to a blender; blend until smooth
