Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh chives
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon miso
  • 1/3 cup water (may need more to thin)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • Fresh ground black pepper (optional and to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pulse the garlic cloves, chives and parsley in a processor, until minced. Add in all remaining ingredient, process until blended (if it's to thick add a little water then process again).

  • Step 2: Refrigerate 2 or more hours before using.

  • Step 3: Store in a tightly sealed glass jar.
