Step 1: Pulse the garlic cloves, chives and parsley in a processor, until minced. Add in all remaining ingredient, process until blended (if it's to thick add a little water then process again).
Step 2: Refrigerate 2 or more hours before using.
Step 3: Store in a tightly sealed glass jar.
