  • 10 tomatillo (husks removed, rinsed)
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3 chile serranos
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Use a chopper to mince the tomatillos, garlic, chiles, cilantro & onion

  • Step 2: Place in a pot add water, over medium high heat bring to a boil.

  • Step 3: Simmer for about 20 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add salt to taste

  • Step 5: Cool and serve
