Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 16 ounces wide noodles (egg noodles cooked, drained and tossed with 2 tablespoons of butter while still hot)
  • 24 ounces sour cream
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 to 1 cup peas (frozen, thawed or more)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Round buttery crackers, crushed (1 sleeve)
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine sour cream with next six ingredients. Mix in cooked chicken and cooked buttered noodles.

  • Step 2: Pour into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking dish.

  • Step 3: Mix together cracker crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over top.

  • Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until crackers are crispy and golden and cheese is melted.
