  • 1 tablespoon oil (reduce fat even more by using less oil)
  • 1 pound chicken breasts (boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips)
  • 2 cups snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 small red bell pepper (cut into strips)
  • 1 package (85 grams) lemon gelatin powder (Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup sodium-reduced chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Zesty Italian Dressing (Kraft)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add snow peas and peppers; cook and stir 2 min.

  • Step 2: Mix dry jello powder and cornstarch in small bowl. Add broth, dressing and garlic; stir until jelly powder is dissolved. Add to skillet. Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.

  • Step 3: S over hot cooked rice, if desired.
