I scaled this back for 1 serve but found it was enough for 2 serves so had one as dessert warm after dinner and then the other half for breakfast with some yoghurt cold. Thank you NewbieCookTaylor, made for Pick Me tag game under the 48 hour rule.
This is wonderful! I made half of the recipe for the two of us to have it as dinner - we don't eat dessert, so sometimes I make a dessert instead of dinner with a huge salad as a first. Instead of sugar, I used erythritol and xylitol, and I used gluten free flour, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The top was perfectly brown after 25 minutes. Thanks for sharing!

I scaled back for one serve and used a medium size ramekin to bake it in as per recipe and served with a little cream for a sweet and delicious desert. Thank you Linky, made for Went to Market tag game on FF&F.
Made exactly as written for the FYC tag game & a HUGE hit for my DH who adores blueberries & desserts that are not so sweet. Your recipe delivers both goals for him. From a cooking view, it was more liquid than I expected but that can be related to many factors & may be fixed by coating the blueberries in cornstarch. DH & I agreed on 3 things: 1) We LOVE it, 2) We won't be so impatient to eat it hot from the oven next time & 3) We'll plan better next time & have vanilla ice cream on-hand. YUM!
Fantastic cobbler! Really it could not be better. The cinnamon nutmeg spices and lemon really add to the flavor of this cobbler. Scooped ice cream over the top just before serving. What a dessert it is!
This was made on 7/9/17 for the " Alphabet Soup " & " Billboard Recipe " tag games. To make easier clean up,a cooking spray was used on the pan.A few changes were made to the recipe, and they are as follows. I couldn't find the correct size of the cake mix,so a 15 ounce box was used. After pouring in the peaches it didn't seem like it would be enough so I added a smaller can. The amount of sugar that was added to the peaches was 1/4 cup. Except for using just 1/4 cup sugar,Step 3 was followed exactly as written. After checking the cobbler half way through the baking time,it didn't look like the cake mix was getting enough moisture. So I took a mixing spoon and pushed it into the peach mixture and continued to bake for another 30 minutes ( I think it was because of the extra amount of peaches and syrup). My SO and I thought it was pretty good. Thanks for posting and, " Keep Smiling :)
I used Granny Smith apples with great results. My husband complimented me for making this for him. Little does he know I made it for me and my sweet tooth hehe! It was so good. I kept the recipe in a safe place so I can make it again.
I actually made this for dinner using a Rye bacon and just one slice of rindless eye bacon otherwise made as per recipe for a delicious breakfast for dinner. Thank you NYThaddeus, made for Pick Me tag game under the 48 hour rule.
