Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Step 2: In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together.
Step 3: In a medium bowl bring all wet ingredients together.
Step 4: Pour wet ingredient mix into dry ingredient mix and stir until just combine, do not over mix
Step 5: Pour batter equally into big muffin tins.
Step 6: Sprinkle some mini chocolate chips on top of each one.
Step 7: Bake for 202-25 minutes.
