Step 1: Whisk together yogurt, vanilla and honey/Splenda.
Step 2: Using parfait glasses, alternate layers of yogurt, blueberries and raspberries.
Step 3: You can cover them at this point and refrigerate several hours or overnight, although they can be served right away.
Step 4: Sprinkle with granola just before serving.
