Step 1: Place the sliced onions in the bottom of the crock pot
Step 2: Rub the shanks with worchester sauce, season with salt and pepper, rubbed in.
Step 3: Heat oil in a skillet, high heat and brown the shanks on all sides.
Step 4: Place shanks in the crock pot over the onions and top with garlic cloves
Step 5: Mix together the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over the shanks.
Step 6: Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Step 7: Serve and enjoy
