Step 1: Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Stir the condensed soup with cream, garlic, 3/4 cup cheese, black pepper and salt in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Stir in the vegetables and chicken.
Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture.
Step 4: Remove from the oven and top the chicken mixture with the biscuits then sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top all over the top.
Step 5: Place back in oven, bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
