Step 1: In a pot over medium heat, add oil and allow to get hot but not smoking.
Step 2: Add garlic, and stir until you can smell it, about 30 seconds.
Step 3: Add the remaining ingredients, and stir until combined.
Step 4: Allow to cook until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
Step 5: Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
