Step 1: Lightly spray a non stick skillet with oil and brown the onion (about 6 minutes)
Step 2: Add turkey and cook over medium heat, breaking up any lumps, until the turkey is lightly browned and no longer pink.(about 6 minutes)
Step 3: Add red peppers, stir and cook for abour 3 minutes
Step 4: Mix together spaghetti sauce, worchestershire, chili powder, garlic and dijon mustard.
Step 5: Pour over the turkey mixture and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 6: Serve in the buns - add any condiments that you enjoy
