Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 400f.
Step 2: Rinse the fillets and dry with a paper towel.
Step 3: Mix together the lemon juice, zest and dill.
Step 4: Paint both sides of the fillets.
Step 5: Place on oven proof tray.
Step 6: Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
Step 7: Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8: Nice to serve with a sprig of dill on the side.
