Step 1: Heat the oil in a skillet, season the steak with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Coat the steak with the flour and brown on both sides.
Step 3: While meat is browning, slice up your veggies.
Step 4: Place all fresh veggies in the bottom of the crock pot.
Step 5: Lay the browned steak on top.
Step 6: Cover it all with the tomatoes and sauces. Break up the whole tomatoes with your fingers as you pour it on top. I seasoned the top with the cajun seasoning, sugar and garlic powder.
Step 7: Cover and leave it alone for 8 hours on low.
Step 8: Delicious! Very tender and just wonderful!
