Step 1: Consult your bread machine to determine which order to add your ingredients.
Step 2: If your machine says to add WET FIRST: Add the wet ingredients, top with the flour, then the salt in one corner, the dry milk powder in another corner. Form a well in the center of the flour and add the yeast.
Step 3: If your machine says to add the DRY FIRST: Add the yeast, cover with the flour, add the remaining dry ingredients, then add the butter, honey, and water.
Step 4: Once your ingredients have been added, select the BASIC cycle (not whole wheat or it will over rise) and either light or medium crust.
