Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil until hot but not smoking.
Step 2: Add flour, and mix until flour taste has cooked off.
Step 3: Add milk a little at a time and stir constantly until desired thickness is reached.
Step 4: Reduce heat to low and place cooked pork in gravy stirring well.
Step 5: Let simmer until pork is heated through and add seasonings at this time.
