Step 1: Mix together the brown sugar, chili powder and garlic powder
Step 2: Rub the mix into the chicken breasts (both sides) and let the chicken rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Meanwhile combine all the remaining ingredients, except the spray of oil.
Step 4: Spray a large skillet with oil, medium high heat and cook the chicken for about 4 minutes each side or until done (170 degrees)
Step 5: Serve the chicken topped with the Mango Salsa, enjoy
