Step 1: Grind pork and fat together using fine disc of meat grinder.
Step 2: Add Banger Seasoning. Mix well.
Step 3: Grind again.
Step 4: This mixture will be too fine to form into patties.
Step 5: Force mixture into casings and tie in 4-5 inch lengths.
Step 6: Bake or saute.
