Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber, seeded (if there is no wax on the skin you can leave it on)
- Kale leaves, stems removed (about 2 cups)
- 1 large celery rib, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 whole avocado, halved, pitted, peeled
- 1 red apple (cored then chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (raw coconut oil)
- Stevia sweetner, to taste
