Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together in a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Make a well in the center and addegg, oil, milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
Step 4: Stir mixture together just until moistened.
Step 5: Fold in zucchini, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
Step 6: Pour batter into greased muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick tests clean.
Step 7: Cool in pan 5 minutes, then turn out muffins and finish cooling on a wire rack.
