Step 1: Combine vinaigrette ingredients together with a whisk and chill.
Step 2: Mix together greens with mushrooms and place on salad plates.
Step 3: Top with sections of grapefruit.
Step 4: Just prior to serving, shake all vinaigrette to mix, or stir briskly and drizzle over greens.
Step 5: Serve.
