Step 1: Preheat oven to 450f degrees.
Step 2: Sauce: Puree 1 can tomatoes, chopped onion, garlic cloves, vinegar, brown sugar, chipotle, tomato paste, mustard and lime juice, in a food processor, stir in the second can of tomatoes and season with salt and pepper; set aside.
Step 3: Meatballs:
Step 4: Mix ground pork, chorizo, cheez-its, egg, grated onion, oregano, sour cream, minced garlic, zest, jalapeno 1/2 teaspoon pepper and chili powder in a bowl.
Step 5: Scoop mixture into 10 portions using a #30 scoop or about 2 heaping tablespoons; form into balls.
Step 6: Heat oil in a large frypan over medium heat, add meatballs and brown 4 minutes, turning once; turn off heat and transfer meatballs to a paper towel lined plate and drain drippings from pan. Pour sauce into the same drained pan and add meatballs; cover and place on middle rack in oven; bake 10 minutes.
Step 7: Serve meatballs with the sauce; garnish with cilantro.
