Step 1: Heat oil in a small saute pan over medium heat; add onion, cumin and bay leaf; cook until onion softens, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in beans, corn, scallions, garlic and epazote and cook until heated through, 2 or 3 minutes. Discard bay leaf and stir in lime juice, season with sal and pepper
