Step 1: Chop peeled potatoes in half then into wedges.
Step 2: Place wedges in a mixing bowl and add each additionalo ingredient one at a time, tossing potatoes after each addition.
Step 3: Place potatoes in a single layer, not touching, on a nonstick foil lined baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake at 400F for 40 minutes, turning potatoes over after 15 minutes and 30 minutes of baking. Your potatoes may need a few more or few less minutes of baking depending on how thick they are- just bake until crisp.
