Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: Whisk together the soup, milk, and pepper.
Step 3: Stir in the beans and 2/3 cup canned french fried onions.
Step 4: Pour mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
Step 5: Sprinkle on the remaining french fried onions and bake 5 minutes more.
