Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups water
- 2 slices red onion, 1/4 inch thick
- 1 small garlic clove
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 slice lemon or
- 1 slice lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
How to Make

Step 1: Place all the ingredients except the honey in a small pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Step 2: When the tea comes to a rolling boil, take off the heat and cover.

Step 3: Let the tea infuse for 5-10 minutes. Sweeten with honey and serve hot.
