Step 1: Stir together artichokes, mayo, parmesan, green chilies, and garlic in a pie pan.
Step 2: Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Step 3: Garnish with chopped olives and tomato.
Step 4: Serve with warm grilled pita bread wedges, or crackers.
