Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 5x9 inch bread pans.
Step 2: Mix first 6 wet ingredients together well in a separate bowl.
Step 3: Combine the next 8 dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Step 4: Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture until well blended.
Step 5: Mix in chocolate chips.
Step 6: Transfer the mixture evenly to the two pans.
Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick comes out clean, 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes.
