Step 1: Measure ingredients into bread machine in the order suggested by manufacturer.
Step 2: Select "light" baking mode,if available.
Step 3: If you like,you can use just the dough cycle on your machine and do the second rise for an hour in a warm place.
Step 4: Bake for 35 minutes, or until you hear a " hollow sound " when thumped.
