Step 1: Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2: Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and thyme; cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender. Add in shrimp, cook shrimp until they turn pink. Add peas; cook 1 min.
Step 3: Stir in cooking creme; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
Step 4: Drain pasta, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water. Gradually stir reserved water into shrimp mixture. Add pasta; mix lightly.
Step 5: Top with Parmesan.
