Step 1: Place the rooibos teabags in a heat proof pitcher and pour in the boiling water. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Remove the teabags, stir in the honey and leave to cool.
Step 3: Add the mango juice and sweeten the mixture further if necessary.
Step 4: Pour the cooled tea over ice and serve.
