Step 1: Blend crab with cream cheese.
Step 2: Place 1 tsp mixture in the center of the won ton skin, then wet edges with water and seal in a triangle, using up all mixture and skins.
Step 3: Deep fry in 2 inches of hot peanut oil in a skillet until golden, then drain.
Step 4: Serve hot with dipping sauces.
