64 ounces canned green beans (or kidney beans or chickpeas cannellini beans or wax beans or black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained, four cans, choose four different ones)
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup oil (vegetable oil)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
