Quick and Easy Fat-Free Frozen Strawberry Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen unsweetened strawberries (about 3 1/2 cups, DO NOT thaw the fruit)
- 1/2 cup Splenda (or sugar)
- 1/2 cup nonfat strawberry yogurt (or plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How to Make

Step 1: Combine strawberries and Splenda or sugar in a food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped.

Step 2: Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a cup; with the machine on, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the workbowl once or twice. Serve immediately.
