1/2 cup frozen watermelon (or substitute frozen strawberries)
3/4 cup non-dairy beverage (vanilla or chocolate)
1 1/2 tablespoons almond butter (or 1 heaping)
3 tablespoons vegan chocolate protein powder (use your favorite)
2 to 3 ice cubes
1 to 3 teaspoons maca powder (optional, gives a malted flavor to the cocoa)
How to Make
Step 1:
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth (Start with 1/2 cup non-dairy milk and add more as needed to blend, this will make sure your shake is thick)
