Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes (2 medium cans)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (white)
- Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves to taste
- FOR TOPPING
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups Raisin Bran Cereal
- 1/2 cup melted butter
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Mix together sweet potatoes, milk, egg, sugar and spices. Place in deep-dish pie pie plate or casserole baking dish.

Step 3: Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the sweet potatoe mixture. Cover with tin foil.

Step 4: Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove tin foil and bake another 15 minutes until topping is crunchy.
