Step 1: Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Step 2: Strain through a sieve into a small bowl, pressing firmly to extract as much of the liquid as possible. Discard pulp.
Step 3: Pour extracted juice into popsicle moulds.
Step 4: Place in freezer at least 6 hours or overnight.
