Step 1: In large bowl on medium speed, mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk, and sugar until smooth; gently stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
Step 2: Spread evenly over pie crust.
Step 3: Evenly layer bananas over cream cheese mixture.
Step 4: Pour 1 1/2 cups of milk into a medium bowl and add pudding mix.
Step 5: Beat on low speed for 1 minute (mixture will be thick).
Step 6: Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.
Step 7: Spread over bananas,and garnish with remaining whipped topping (if desired).
Step 8: Chill for 4 hours or till set.
